For email marketers
Email verification for marketers who protect every send
Clean your audiences before each campaign, right inside the platform you send from. Keep bounces low, stay out of spam folders and only pay for answers you can act on.
- 99.5% accuracy
- Unknowns are free
- Bounce guarantee
The problem
A list that looks fine can still hurt your sender reputation
Open rates drop long before anyone notices the cause. The usual culprits are addresses that stopped working, and the inbox providers are counting.
-
Lists decay quietly
People change jobs and abandon inboxes. A segment that was clean last year now hides addresses that will hard-bounce.
What is list decay? -
Bounces cost you the inbox
Mailbox providers watch your bounce and complaint rates. Too many and your next campaign lands in spam for everyone.
How sender reputation works -
Traps and throwaways slip in
Disposable signups, typos and recycled spam traps sneak in through forms and imports, and they never convert.
What is a spam trap?
The fix
Verification built into your campaign routine
RocketVerifier connects to the platforms you already send from, so cleaning a list is part of the workflow, not a side project.
-
Verify audiences where they live
Connect your email platform and verify any audience, list or segment in place. No exports, no re-imports.
-
A health grade before you send
Every job ends with a list health report: a grade, the safe-to-send share and exactly what was removed.
-
Results written back for you
Tag contacts, fill custom fields and unsubscribe undeliverable addresses automatically, depending on the platform.
-
Bounces feed your suppression list
Bounces and complaints from your sending service flow into your suppression list, and suppressed addresses come back as do_not_mail on future jobs.
Workflow
From audience to clean campaign in five steps
-
Step 1
Connect your platform or upload a file
Connect Mailchimp in one click, add an API key for Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Brevo and others, or upload a CSV or Excel file of up to 100,000 emails.
-
Step 2
Preview, then verify
See the breakdown and the credits needed before anything is charged. Every address runs through syntax, domain, MX, disposable, catch-all and live SMTP checks.
-
Step 3
Write results back
Pick your write-back options: status tags, custom fields with status, sub-status and score, or an automatic unsubscribe for undeliverable addresses.
-
Step 4
Send to the right segment
Send to deliverable contacts. For catch-all domains, the verdict tells you which addresses are safe to send, which need caution and which to avoid.
-
Step 5
Keep it clean on a schedule
Set integration syncs to run on a schedule and use deliverability monitors to re-verify key lists and check your domain authentication automatically.
Integrations
Works with the platform you send from
Verify audiences in place and send bounces back into your suppression list. Every integration is included on every plan.

Email list cleaning, answered
What marketers ask before cleaning their first audience.
How often should I clean my email list?
Verify any list before you send to it for the first time, any segment you have not mailed in a few months, and every import from an event, partner or purchase. For lists you mail regularly, schedule an integration sync or a deliverability monitor so new and ageing contacts are re-verified automatically.
Which email marketing platforms does RocketVerifier connect to?
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Kit (ConvertKit), MailerLite, Constant Contact, GetResponse, Drip. You can also import bounces and complaints from SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Postmark, and upload a CSV or Excel export from any other tool.
What should I do with risky and catch-all addresses?
Risky addresses include role accounts and accept-all domains. For catch-all domains, RocketVerifier adds a verdict (send safe, send with caution or avoid) so you can keep the good contacts and drop the rest. A common approach is to send to deliverable and send-safe addresses first and warm the rest more slowly.
What happens if addresses marked deliverable bounce?
Connect SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES or Postmark and every hard bounce of an address a job marked deliverable is refunded automatically within 30 days, 1 credit each, with no claim to file. Not connected? If more than 4% of a job's deliverable addresses hard-bounce within 30 days, file a claim from the job page and get 1 credit back for every bounce above 4%. Unknown results and duplicates are never charged in the first place.
Does verification send emails to my subscribers?
No. RocketVerifier checks each mailbox with a live SMTP handshake that stops before any message is sent. Your subscribers never see anything.
How much does it cost to clean a list?
Each verified address uses 1 credit. Pay-as-you-go pricing starts at $6 for 1,000 credits and drops to $0.0011 per email at 1 million. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire, and every integration is included on every plan.
Clean your next audience before it goes out
Connect your email platform or upload a list. Unknown results are always free, and pay-as-you-go credits never expire.
