Refund Eligibility
RocketVerifier offers a 30-day refund window to allow customers to evaluate our service risk-free.
- Refund requests submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase date
- Accuracy complaints backed by our 99.5% accuracy guarantee—if verified emails bounce above 3%, credits are refunded automatically
- First-time purchases where fewer than 50% of credits have been used
Credit Purchases
RocketVerifier uses a credit-based system. You purchase credits upfront and use them to verify emails. Because credits never expire, they are treated as a one-time purchase rather than a subscription.
Good news: Your credits never expire. If you purchase credits and don't use them immediately, they remain available in your account indefinitely.

Non-Refundable Situations
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- Credit packages where more than 50% of credits have already been consumed
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Use
- Repeat refund requests on subsequent purchases
